Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. In short: we only use your details to reply to you, and we never sell or share them.

**The inquiry form.** When you send an inquiry, we collect the details you provide (your name, your partner's name, email, phone, wedding date, guest count and message). We use them solely to respond to your inquiry and to plan your wedding if you choose to work with us. The message is delivered to us by email through our email provider (Resend). We keep inquiries only as long as needed to assist you.

**The wedding concierge.** If you chat with our on-site concierge, your messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate a reply. We do not store these conversations. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat, for anything personal, use the inquiry form or call us.

**Cookies & tracking.** This website uses no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking. Fonts are served from our own server. We do not build a profile of you.

**Sharing.** We never sell your data. We share details only with the wedding vendors necessary to deliver a wedding you have booked (for example your officiant or photographer), and with our email provider purely to transmit your message.

**Your rights.** You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, and request that we correct or delete it, just email us. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have rights under the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, objection); we are happy to honour them.

**Changes.** We may update this policy; the current version always lives on this page.
